thereare several ways the cabbage curry can be prepared but this recipe post belongs to north indian style. while the recipe for cabbage sabzi or cabbage curry is extremely simple, yet i would like to add some tips and variations. firstly, i have used the knife to finely unevenly chop the cabbage for this recipe. alternatively, if you are running short of time you can also use a food processor to shred it. secondly, i have added finely chopped potatoes and also green peas to add extra flavour to the recipe. but it can be totally skipped or experimented by adding other veggies like capsicum, beans, snow pea and even cauliflower. lastly, i always recommend preparing dry variant of cabbage ki sabzi compared to gravy-based. you can add 4 tbsp of water while cooking to make it moist and watery.
