Yes, making bread that’s healthy and gluten-free is really no small feat.

If you know anything about gluten, you’ll know that it gives bread it’s lovely texture and chew. It’s what makes bread so delicious.

But, gluten is also a protein that’s so difficult on your digestive system and one of the most common food allergens.

And with my recent Celiac disease diagnosis, I make sure to stay as far away from gluten as possible!

But, even if you’re not officially diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, there are plenty of good reasons to avoid it at all costs.

Gluten is a pretty big gut irritant, responsible for a whole array of nasty digestive issues, like leaky gut syndrome and inflammation. It can also cause autoimmune reactions and give you brain fog and tons of skin issues.

Sound pretty awful, right?

So, now that I’ve shared all of the bad news about gluten, you might be wondering if I might be able to come up with a silver lining for today’s post?

And the answer is, I do have some good news as well.

I’ve been experimenting with making healthy, gluten-free bread for so long, I do have a few recipes up my sleeve that are true winners.

All of these recipes are made with healthy ingredients and offer the perfect nostalgic bite for us, bread lovers.

And especially now in the colder days, I just can’t imagine eating my warm stews and soups without a piece of homemade bread to soak up all of that deliciousness. Gluten free, of course!

So, if you’re trying to stay away from gluten (which I highly recommend!), yet you find yourself missing the comfort of bread, I have created a list with 10 of the best gluten-free recipes to put your craving at ease.

This yeast raised bread is safe for nearly every diet. It’s crusty exterior and soft center will make you feel like you are eating an artisan loaf. The recipe might sound intensive due to its number of steps, but I assure you it comes together with minimal effort. Most of the time spent is waiting for the bread to rise. Hi Katherine,

I just wanted to tell you I completed the 7 day detox and I feel so great.

I have lost 6lbs, do not feel like I need more my morning coffee, the flushing of my facial skin from rosacea has dramatically reduced and I am so excited to wake up each morning and make a green thickie for breakfast!!

I am a stay at-home, homeschooling momma of 3 littles and at times so busy I would forget to feed myself!

I would go most of the day without eating and then snack on random things.

I gained 60 pounds the last 6 years during pregnancy.

I have lost 30lbs but recently plateaued and have felt so frustrated.

I’ve tried everything from paleo and keto to the point where I didn’t know what to eat or how much and felt like even eating fruit was bad for me which thankfully it’s not!

What a game changer for me. Thank you for sharing a simple but effective program.

I’m so excited to continue another week with this plan!ThankfulStephanie

Oat Flour. With its creamy, earthy flavor and delicate texture, gluten-free oat flour is a staple of my gluten-free baking recipes. Potato Flakes or Potato Water
