I feel like I spend SO much money on @Xfinity every month and I have like 0 channels, horrible on demand, apparently my Ethernet cable isn’t working, but they just installed it this year & just didn’t have service all August bc customer service wouldn’t send someone.

@YourAuntieSusan @comcast @Xfinity @comcastcares The guy been here since 1030 fixing the cable- so far taking six months 10 phone calls and since 1030 in the morning for Comcast to finally believe me that the wiring of the building is bad and they just told me they've had five other units calling for the last six months.

Comcast is down again! Comcast went down at May 2, 2022 at 07:40AM in Spokane. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible.comcastcares
