I received two calls this evening that included the name. I sent a note to Nathan after the first to let him know it appears to be working.

Dane asked for feedback on caller ID names with Fusion. For me, it's hit or miss.
Got a call from the library and it showed Sonoma Cnty Lib; a local call from a friend showed her last name and first initial (stored in our phone with full name so the name isn't coming from our stored numbers); a call from another friend simply showed 562XXXXXXX followed by 562-XXX-XXXX; another showed "Wireless Caller" as Dane mentioned.
I have two phone lines, so decided to test by calling from one line to the other.cSurely it would recognize another Fusion line? Nope--Call showed up as 707XXXXXXX followed by XXX-XXXX.
Looks like it still needs more work, but at least a few names are getting through.

Fusion to Fusion calls do not have CNAM at this time, FYI.
As for the rest, I think you're seeing what we're able to get. We can look up carrier details on that 562- one if you'd like though and see if the carrier typically presents more info.

At this point, all my incoming calls show a name, whether the subscriber's name, or something like "WIRELESS CALLER," "SNFC CNTRL CA," or "MASSACHUSETTS."

Contact your mobile service provider or modify your name in your carrier's mobile app or website to to change your caller display name. The carrier typically manages Caller ID Names.
There are a few reasons why your caller ID display name might not show up, whether that be that it hasn't fully taken effect across all the phone networks. Maybe your service provider failed to submit the request for a change, or it could be due to some clerical error.
How Is a Caller ID Name (CNAM) Determined? The display name on Caller ID is determined by the receiving party's phone carrier. CNAM (“C-alling NAM-e”) is a third-party service that phone companies use to attach the name to the phone numbers that are calling.
Outbound Caller ID Name, also referred to as CNAM or CNAM Listing, is what enables you to have your Caller ID Name displayed to the receiving party that you are calling.
The Caller ID name is retrieved by the receiving carrier. The receiving carrier queries a CNAM database to determine the name registered to the provided phone number.
Head straight to the home screen and tap 'Phone' Go to the left menu button and press 'Call settings' Choose 'Additional Settings' under the call settings option. Select 'Caller ID' under the additional settings button.
dialing *31# by itself sets the "Network Default" to block outgoing caller ID, whereas prefixing *31# on a number is a one time "allow" if the default is currently set to block.
The Default Caller ID is used for campaigns, call back queues, manual dials, agents, etc., when no outbound caller ID can be used by a caller ID strategy.
Even with today's diverse range of communication devices, *67 still works on cell phones and landlines. No matter which device you use, whether an iPhone or Android, the code allows you to hide your phone numbers during calls.
It's possible they have the name associated with your number's previous owner. You might need to contact Truecaller to correct that information. Alternatively, if you register for the app, you should be able to choose how you want your CallerID to appear.
